There is no woman that wants to increase her chances of stretch marks during pregnancy. However, there is almost no way to prevent this from happening. It is just one of the many things that can happen to pregnant women.
It has been shown that nearly seventy-five to ninety percent of all women whom are pregnant will end up with stretch marks.
Typically these stretch marks will begin making their appearance around your seventh month of pregnancy. They are typically ugly red lines which first show up on your sides of the abdomen. On occasion and in some women, they will also develop stretch marks on their highs, buttocks, arms and even on their breasts.
Sometimes it is stated that stretch mark appearance is due to the amount of weight gain you have during your pregnancy.
Now you are wondering if there is any sure way to not be affected with stretch marks. There is no way to guarantee these will prevent it, but why not try. Eat healthy, which you should be doing anyways. Be sure to drink a lot of water and stay hydrated. Try massaging the abdomen area. Take vitamins and use moisturizer on your abdomen.
Even if you do end up with stretch marks, don’t worry, eventually they will fade, however they will never go away.
